The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• Consumer Agreement

• I understand that I am responsible for my child's (children's) transportation to and from the Irvine Junior Games (IJG). I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Irvine Children's Fund (ICF), IUSD, and the Irvine Junior Games Committee and its offices and agents from any liability, claim or action resulting from, or in any way arising out of, participation in these activities by the registered person(s). In case of injury, I consent to treatment of my son(s)/daughter(s) and agree to pay all medical costs incurred as a result of said treatment. I give my permission to have photos of my child used in future IJG and ICF promotional materials.
